Property Management
Services
Family Facilities LP® will collect rent, file monthly taxes, and tend to tenant needs for a flat $300 monthly fee on leases greater than one year.
General Contractor

Architect Services
Family Facilities LP® provides architectural and general contractor (GC) services for custom interior build outs. Architectural fees are dependent on the scope of work and GC fees are cost plus 20%.
Concierge
Services
Concierge services for tenants and members are provided on an as needed basis. Hourly rates vary depending on the service. • Installation of shelving, equipment & furniture • Office furniture procurement and install • Office cleaning • Scheduling and coordination of asset arrival, install and departure • IT coordination; secured wireless services, hard drive backup rooms • Coordination of car lift installation; monthly battery and engine cranking and care, tire maintenance • Specialty crating, storage, and inventorying of heirlooms and antiques • Airplane and Racecar parts storage • Fishing tackle and hunting gear storage maintenance and shipping • Crating and shipping
